Ananaba also admitted form EC8D which is the result from the 36 States of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory and form EC8D(a) which is the National result of the 36 States and the FCT.

All the respondents in the petition objected to the admissibility of all the documents the petitioner sought to tender except form EC8D(a) which is the National result.

The documents tendered were however admitted in evidence and Justice Harunna Tsammani who led the five-man panel adjourned to June 8 for further hearing.
