Former governor of Anambra state and presidential candidate of the labour party, Peter Obi has received the certificate of return from the party ahead of 2023 elections.
The certificate was presented to him at the party’s national secretariat, Abuja.
The former National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA Victor Umeh also received his certificate of return to contest the Anambra Central senatorial seat.
The former governor of Anambra state Peter Obi and his supporters storm the national secretariat of the Labour Party for his certificate of return.
Presenting the certificate , the national chairman of the party, Julius Abure assured the people of Labour party’s readiness to rescue Nigeria.
Obi who is confident of becoming president in 2023, says the hungry Nigerians, hopeless students and unemployed graduates as well as the civil servants are his supporters.
The former National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA Victor Umeh who came to join the party, also collected certificate of return. He says he joined the party to support a visionary leader, Peter Obi.
The party says the combination of Peter Obi and Victor Umeh in the race Showed better beginning for the party ahead of the 2023 elections.
