PHOTOS : NEMA receives 180 stranded Nigerians from Libya

The National Emergency Management agency NEMA Tuesday night received another batch of 180 stranded Nigerians from Libya.

The Stranded returnees who were assisted back to the country with the assistance of the European Union special programme through the International Organisation for Migration (IOM), arrived the Murtala Muhammed international airport lagos onboard a chartered flight.

The breakdown of the Returnees indicate that 74 female adults ,14 female children and 6 female infants making the total female assisted back as 94 while male adults are 64, male children 12 and infant males are 10 with total males numbering 86.

The returnees are being kept for the mandatory 7day isolation period before being allowed to go to their respective destinations.
