Plateau State Governor, Caleb Mutfwang, has approved the appointment of nine new Permanent Secretaries as part of commitment to fostering greater productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness within the State Civil Service.
The appointment of the new Permanent Secretaries is contained in a statement release on Monday, August 26 ay signed by the Director of Press and Public Affairs to the Governor, Gyang Bere.
According to the release, the names of the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries are as follows
- Yilkudi Nengak Elisha
- Wycliff Inusa Biwet
- Yohanna Mangtu Dangnan
- Keziah Ishaya Dung
- Solomon Kadiya
- Yakubu Ishaya Mallo
- Musa Nyam Agwom
- Barr. Rwang Yop Shom
- Gayi Timothy Gayi
Governor Mutfwang congratulated the appointees on their well-deserved promotions and urged them to be catalysts in inspiring the workforce to deliver quality leadership and governance.
He emphasised that their roles are crucial in driving Plateau State’s economy towards sustainable progress and prosperity for all citizens.
The Governor further encouraged the new Permanent Secretaries to leverage their extensive experience in building a more efficient and responsive Civil Service that will serve as a model of excellence and pride for Plateau State. They will be sworn in on a date to be announced later.
