The Plateau State Government has launched 20 state-owned Plateau Express service Cars for the Jos-Abuja route.
The Governor while performing the ceremony said the move is a testament to the evolving nature of Government enterprise in meeting the needs of the people.

He described the development as a rebranding of the State transport company Plateau Riders adding that the move became necessary to boost the state’s revenue and provide commuters with a comfortable travel experience.
State Commissioner for Transportation Davon Jatau said in addition to the revitalization of the Plateau Express service, other modes of transportation will soon commence operation.
Plateau state Governor Caleb Mutfwang, who was represented at the launch by his deputy, Josephine Piyo, called on citizens and residents of the state to take advantage of the initiative.
