Plateau State in North-Central Nigeria is set to reform its educational sector to equip the citizenry with the skills required to thrive in an ever-dynamic world.
Governor Caleb Mutfwang, made this known while inaugurating a committee to review tertiary education in the state. He said the review is necessary to ensure that in the future, graduates from the state can compete anywhere in the world.

The highly acclaimed academics inaugurated are drawn from within and outside the state and saddled with the responsibility of clearing the ground for a rebirth in the Plateau State-owned tertiary institutions.
Speaking on behalf of the Committee, its chairman said they will work tirelessly to deliver on their mandate.
Earlier, the Commissioner for Tertiary Education said the current administration in the state met a near comatose sector, hence the need for a timely intervention.
