There was a clash late Sunday afternoon in Uwani area of Enugu city, South-East Nigeria when motorists protested against alleged extortion by the police.
Unconfirmed sources say, at least one unidentified body was seen lying on the road during the fracas.

It is unclear how the said body was found at the spot as the protesters threatened to attack the police station located on the major road.
When contacted the State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Daniel Ndukwe said he will give more details after confirmation of the incident.
