A joint team of security agencies Monday apprehended about 50 youths who claimed to be coming from Kano State as part of measures to curtail inter-state movement in the ongoing fight against Covid-19.

Some of the youths who were subsequently turned back by security operatives from the Berger end of the city said they left Kano 2 days ago for Lagos on board a truck conveying livestock.
