Police in Cross River State says it is going to be fire for fire for criminals who are hell bent on continuing their illicit act.
The Commissioner of Police In Cross River State, Sikiru Akande made the call in Calabar during a show of force patrol within the metropolis by the police and other security agencies.
Akande who spoke through the deputy Public Relations Officer of the Command, ASP Igiri Ewa said the police Under his command will now engage in the manhunt of criminals in their hideout, explaining that the new tactics of killing police officers by the criminals in the state must stop.
He urged all citizens to partner with the Police by giving useful information that can help police to rid out Criminals in Cross River State.
Some citizens who spoke on the new strategy of the police on house to house search, however, said their best is yet to come, even as they commended the new partnership between police and the State Government.

There has been a growing concern over a renew strategy by the Criminals in Cross River State to kill law enforcement agents in the state.
