The Police in Niger State have said any Commercial motorcycle and tricycle operator founding working before six in the morning and nine at night will be arrested.
The Police said the directive is part of measures put in place to combat crimes in the State.
Enforcing the restriction order was one of the resolutions reached at an emergency State Security Council meeting in Minna, the State capital.

Speaking, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Shamwulu Dan Mamman, said the command is prepared to rid the state of youth
gangsterism, lawlessness and killings.
Mamman also said all unapproved motor parks within Minna will be shutdown.
For some days, some youths in some areas in Minna, including Limawa, Anguwar Daji, Anguwar Sarki and Ogbomosho road, as well as uphill areas have been breaching the peace.
The Police have however assured the public to work in synergy with other security agencies to raid identified criminal hideouts within the Minna Metropolis and restore peace and orderliness.
