Hours after the Minister of power and relevant authorities say gas supply to power plants have been restored, the country is still under darkness as power has not been restored.
The minister of power Abubakar Aliyu in a statement at the Villa on Wednesday told Journalists that the current challenges of electricity supply in Nigeria are being resolved, adding that there is an ongoing restoration of normal operations.

The chairman of the Regulatory body also assured that supply will be restored as all hands were on deck to restore supply.
The national grid had collapsed multiple times this week even as the nation has been experiencing load shedding, epileptic supply and occasional blackouts.
