The Nigerian Senate on Tuesday received the 2021-2023 Medium Term Expenditure Framework, MTEF, and Fiscal Strategy Paper
President Muhammadu Buhari in a letter to the Senate said this is to allow the National Assembly enough time to perform its important constitutional duty of reviewing the framework.

The letter was read by President of the Senate Ahmad Lawan, upon resumption of plenary on Tuesday .
This paves way for the submission of the 2021 budget.
