Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari, has sworn-in four Permanent Secretaries at the weekly Federal Executive Council, FEC, meeting held at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The swearing-in ceremony was done virtually by President Buhari.

Meanwhile, the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, and other top cabinet members are in attendance physically.
