President Buhari described the late “Super” Permanent Secretary, Ahmed Joda, as his close ally. He said Joda was of great assistance to him, without expecting a favour in return.

Also, President Buhari has described the late Mahmud Tukur, as a friend of his family, who dedicated his life to serving Nigeria under his regime, as military President.

Governor Ahmadu Fintiri and Lamido Adamawa, Barkindo Aliyu, thanked President Buhari for coming to Yola to condole with the State.
