President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Wednesday decorated the new Chief of Army Staff, Major General Farouk Yahaya. The ceremony took place shortly before the commencement of the weekly Federal Executive Council chaired by President Buhari.
The event had in attendance, Chief of Staff to the President, Professor Ibrahim Gambari, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, and some ministers.
