As the Chairman of ECOWAS, President Tinubu will lead the celebrations marking the bloc’s 50th anniversary.

The events will feature a reenactment of the 1975 declaration at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs and a main event at Eko Hotels and Suites.

The President’s visit coincides with the Eid-el-Kabir celebrations, which he will observe at the State House in Dodan Barracks before returning to Abuja.

The ECOWAS golden jubilee celebrations will bring together regional leaders, dignitaries, and stakeholders to reflect on the bloc’s progress and future directions.
