In a move to demonstrate his administration’s commitment to youth development, President Bola Tinubu on Monday inaugurated a planning committee for the National Youth Conference.
The President emphasized that his administration’s decisions have been in the best interest of the youth, adding that the government’s actions are focused on empowering young people to drive national development.
Tinubu urged the youth to take advantage of the opportunities presented by the conference to contribute to the country’s growth and progress, stressing that “this is an opportunity for the youth to advance the development of the country.”
The conference aims to address the diverse challenges and opportunities confronting Nigerian youths, who constitute over 60% of the country’s population.
