Stakeholders in the Niger Delta have called on the federal government to ensure that the issues bedeviling the presidential amnesty program met while the program lasts.
This was the outcome of a meeting in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital to discuss the way forward for the Presidential Amnesty Program in the Niger Delta region.
The interim Presidential Amnesty Administrator, Milland Dikio, has been on a tour tagged “Back To The Region” to brainstorm with key players on the way forward for the amnesty program.

At the interactive session in Yenagoa, the amnesty chief reeled out his plans in reforming the office to actualize the amnesty package.
Elder statesman, Edwin Clerk, and others spoke to the retired colonel to sustain dialogue with stakeholders even as they urged the presidency to give him all the necessary support to succeed.
