Presidential Election : Ndoma- Egba congratulates Tinubu, says demand for cancellation of results treasonable

Fomer Nigerian Senate Leader,Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba,SAN has Congratulated the President Elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, describing his victory as well deserved.

Ndoma-Egba in a statement sent to journalists in Calabar, described Tinubu as a believer of democracy,a fighter for the common people and a thorough bred politician who was among the few who fought for the current democratic experiment in Nigeria.

The Former NDDC Chairman said he has no doubt that the renewed hope agenda that Tinubu has brought to the people of Nigeria will be felt positively by all.

The Senior Advocate of Nigeria also condemned in strong terms the call by some opposition parties for the outright cancellation of the presidential election result,describing such demand as treasonable, unpatriotic and selfish.

He wondered why anyone would want to truncate the country’s democratic process at this stage of Nation’s democracy .

Some opposition parties have called for the cancellation of elections results due to what they described as Electoral Malpractices.
