The Eleven presidential hopefuls of the African Democratic Congress, ADC have agreed to support any aspirant who emerges as the candidate of the party during the primary election on 2nd of June, saying they only prioritized policy plans that will rescue Nigeria from the deepening security and economic situations.
They reached the agreement at the party’s banquet and national parley with all the presidential aspirants in Abuja ahead of the primary poll.
The party said it is working thoroughly to take over power within 20 years to make the country a world power with developed infrastructures, standard education, advanced security architecture and to create an enabling environment for foreign investors.
Four women and one person living with disability are among the 11 African Democratic Congress’ presidential aspirants.
The event was tagged forging ahead, leading forward and knowledge- driven collegiate presidency aimed to evolve a truly grassroot based political institution in Nigeria that will be relevant at all times to strengthen the nation’s democracy.
