Members of the Progressive Governors’ Forum have reaffirmed their commitment to promoting peace and unity within the All Progressives Congress, APC.
Chairman of the Forum, Governor Hope Uzodimma, gave the assurance during a courtesy visit to former President Muhammadu Buhari in Kaduna.
A delegation of governors under the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC, paid a courtesy visit to former President Muhammadu Buhari in Kaduna.
Among them were the Chairman of the Northern Governors’ Forum, Yahaya Inuwa; the Governor of Kogi State, Usman Ododo; and the Governor of Kaduna State, Uba Sani, amongst others.
The visit was aimed at appreciating the former President for his continued support and to consolidate efforts toward strengthening internal cohesion within the party, ahead of future political activities.
Chairman of the Progressive Governors’ Forum, Governor Hope Uzodimma, said the former President was pleasantly surprised by the visit.

He assured that the governors will continue to work toward sustaining peace and unity within the APC.
Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State expressed gratitude for the former president’s guidance, describing him as a father figure who remains dedicated to the party’s growth and stability.
The Progressive Governors emphasized their commitment to upholding the ideals and vision of the APC, with the continued support of leaders like former President Muhammadu Buhari.
