The proprietor of Noble Kids School in Nasarawa Local Government Area of Kano State, Abdulmalik Tanko has been arraigned before a magistrate Court in Kano over the alleged murder of a-five-year-old pupil, Hanifa Abubakar.
Tanko was arraigned before Senior Magistrate, Muhammad Jibril on Monday.
The school proprietor is being charged for criminal conspiracy, kidnapping, concealing keeping in confinement a kidnapped person and culpable homicide.

The Prosecution Counsels led by Kano State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Musa Lawan pleaded with the court to grant them seven days to properly prepare the charge file.
The request of the prosecution counsels to remand the accused in a correctional centre was also granted by the court.
The case has been adjourned to 2nd February 2022.
