The National Commission for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD) is deeply concerned about recent reports alleging discrimination against Alhaji Usman Bura Gabai, the State Chairman of the Joint National Association of Persons with Disabilities, by Rano Airline at the Maiduguri Airport.
