Sequel to protests following the scarcity of the redesigned Naira notes in states across the country, where some bank staff and facilities are being attacked, the Commissioner of Police in Kebbi State, Ahmed Kontagora, in collaboration with the State Director of State Services have been meeting with the Branch Controllers of the CBN and all the bank managers in the state.

Their discussions centred on the difficulties being experienced by the people of Kebbi State, due to the scarcity of the redesigned Naira notes, and the laudable solutions, aimed at ensuring its availability, as well as measures to prevent the breakdown of law and order in the state.
