The Republic of Korea and UNICEF have joined forces with the Nigerian government to reach over two Million Unvaccinated Children With life saving vaccines.
The flag off Ceremony of the Partnership in Badagry, a border community on Thursday 16th of April, aligns with the Country ‘s National Immunization Strategic Agenda 2030.
With an estimated 2.2 million unvaccinated children, Nigeria has the highest burden in Africa and one of the highest in the world.

The Republic of Korea-UNICEF partnership targets these children, known as zero dose children who live in Urban Slums, border communities, and hard to reach areas.
The Programme which will operate through existing national and state health systems to improve vaccines delivery and ensure that no child is left behind includes six most affected states , Lagos,Ogun, Bauchi, Niger Adamawa and the federal capital territory
