RIshi Sunak is set to be announced as UK Prime Minister following the withdrawal of Penny Mordaunt from the Conservative Party leadership race
Mordaunt disclosed few minutes ago via Twitter that “it is clear that colleagues feel we need certainty today as a result, we have now chosen our next Prime Minister”.

Moraunt said it shows “the diversity and talent of our party”.

42 years old Sunak was born in Southampton and served as Chancellor of the Exchequer from 2020 to 2022 and has been a Member of Parliament for Richmond since 2015
