The governor has come to inspect the reconstruction of the road popularly referred to as the old Port Harcourt to Bori road
Just like the Woji-Aleto-Alesa to the Port Harcourt refinery road which the governor inspected on Tuesday, the old Bori road will also serve as an alternative route to the Ogoni axis of the state as well as the strategic Oil and Gas Free Zones, housing the Port Harcourt refinery and other petrochemical industries
The Fubara administration decided to embark on the reconstruction of the road in order to alleviate the hardship being suffered by residents and commuters forced to navigate the very deplorable East-West Road

With the project set for completion in the next couple of weeks, the road will certainly be a great relief to the long-suffering residents and commuters when it finally comes into use
To show their appreciation, residents of Aleto community came in their numbers, chanting praises of their governor
