The Rivers State House of Assembly has screened and confirmed Frank Fubara as commissioner-designate following his nomination by Governor Sim Fubara.
Confirming the nominee, the Speaker, Victor Oko-Jumbo charged him to be diligent in his new appointment.
Responding to questions earlier, Frank Fubara who hails from Degema LGA promised to be up and going.

The Assembly besides the screening and confirmation of the Commissioner nominee also considered other items on the Order Paper including motions and bill to amend the Rivers State Fire Service law for efficient service delivery.
