The Sole Administrator of Rivers State Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas retired has arrived Port Harcourt.
His flight touched down at the Port Harcourt International Airport at about 11:16 am local time, and he was received by a delegation led by the Head of the Civil Service George Nweke.
Also, the service commanders were at the airport to receive him.
After a brief ceremony, the Sole Administrator proceeded to the Government House Port Harcourt to hold a closed-door meeting with permanent secretaries.

Vice Admiral Ibok Ibas retired, was sworn in by President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday after he declared a state of emergency in Rivers State on Tuesday.
