Thirteen persons have diedd from two separate motor accidents along Ilorin-Jebba-Mokwa highway in the Moro Local Government Area of Kwara state.

According to a statement by Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in the State, 8 survivors of the accidents are currently receiving treatment at private hospitals in Bode Saadu community in the Local Government Area of the state.

The remains of the dead passengers have been deposited at the mortuary of the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH) Ilorin.

It was gathered that the vehicle coming from Lagos rammed into a stationed trailer, while the second bus veered off the road on its way from the northern part of the country as a result of the impact of the accident.
