Nigeria says it is hopeful that the Ukrainian crisis will be diplomatically resolved.
At a meeting, with Ambassadors of G7 countries, Minister of foreign affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama said the crisis is avoidable and that both Ukraine and Russia remain Nigeria’s partners.

The leader of the G7 ambassadors, Germany’s Brigitt Oyr, maintained that Russia’s actions in Ukraine remain condemnable and gave kudos to Nigeria for standing firm.
