Unfortunately for the lawmakers, their cases ended at the Appeal Court but Governor Mutfwang’s election was later validated by the Supreme Court, which described the decision of the Appeal Court as a miscarriage of Justice.
This perhaps prompted the move by the sacked Lawmakers.

While describing the Appeal Court Judgment on them as a deliberate Plans to subvert the will of the People, the PDP Lawmakers also disclosed that members of their Constituency are expected to accompany them for Plenary session when the house resumes on Tuesday

The sacked Lawmakers who said they’ve already filed an action on the matter in the Court called on the Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang, not to succumb to any pressure that will make him interfere in the business of the house.
