The Joint Security operatives in Adamawa State have arrested 238 suspects in connection with the recent looting of public and private business properties across the state
The Commissioner of Police, Olugbenga Adeyanju, disclosed this while parading the suspects at the Police Headquarters in Yola. The suspects were arrested at different looting locations.
Recoveries made include 35 tractors, 22 hand tractors, 12 tricycles, nine vehicles, and other farm tools.

Adeyanju applauded the people refusing to accommodate the looted items in their houses, as well as volunteering information that led to the arrests and urged them not to buy the looted property.

Other Items used in conveying the looted items recovered by the police include 12 tricycles and 19 motorcycles.
