The Delta state Police Command has confirmed the arrest of over 100 suspected internet fraudsters at the popular Army Estate located in Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State.
The Command’s spokesperson, Bright Edafe, who confirmed the arrest to ait.live in a telephone conversation, said the suspects were apprehended by military personnel from the 3 Battalion, Nigerian Army barracks, Effurun, during a raid on Hustle Kingdom, HK, a Yahoo training school situated within the premises of the Army estate.
According to Edafe, the Hustle Kingdom School is a cybercriminal training network school for intending internet fraudsters.
According to the Police PRO, all the arrested suspects by the military including the owner of the training school have been handed over to the Ekpan Divisional Police station for profiling and prosecution.
