The Senate has confirmed the Nomination of Three Members of the Niger Delta Development Commission Governing Board.
The confirmation follows the adoption of the Senate committee’s report On Niger Delta Presented By Senator Amos Bulus Kilawangs Gombe South.
In his presentation, Senator Bulus Kilawangs says the three nominees are well-exposed and experienced.
Senator Matthew Urhoghide pointed out in an observation that two of the nominees had been confirmed in 2019, but the third is a serving member of the House of Reps.

After consideration, The Senate confirmed the nomination of the three members of the NDDC governing board.
1.Benard Oboatarhihieyern Okumagba of Delta State
2.Kyrian Chidiebere Uchegbu of Imo State
3.And Patrick Aisowieren Edo State who is the current member representing Oriowo/Uhumwonde constituency in the ninth assembly.
