The Senate on Tuesday received President Muhammadu Buhari’s request for the confirmation of appointments of the secretary and Board members, of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
The president of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan, read the President’s letter on the floor of the chamber,
which constitute one representative from the six Geo-Political Zones.
According to the letter, George Abang Ekpungu, representing cross river State, is expected to serve as the secretary of the commission.

Lukman Mohamed ( Edo state) and Anumba Adaeze from Enugu state, will both serve as board members
Others are Kola Raheem Adesina ( kwara state) and Yahaya Muhamed(yobe state).
