Six persons were killed on Tuesday in a road accident at Ajue along the Ondo-Ore road in Ondo state.
The accident occurred when the driver of a trailer coming from the Ore Axis of the road lost control of the steering wheel and veered off the road before ramming into a Nissan bus conveying ten passengers.
The Unit Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Ore, Ondo state, Babafemi Alonge, who confirmed the accident, said six passengers aboard the bus died instantly
Four other passengers were injured.
Alonge also said the bodies of the deceased persons have been taken to the Ore General Hospital morgue.
