A few days into the coroner’s inquest into the gruesome murder of a Benue State Board Of Internal Revenue Service staff, the military has repeatedly struck again.

The latest victim of brutality was another staff of the revenue agency, Aondokaa Abubu.

The unwholesome act is described as a crude attempt to invade and abuse the ongoing judicial process.

Aondoakaa Abubu, a star witness of the Board of Internal Revenue Service at the Coroner’s Inquest into his colleague’s murder, was reportedly abducted and manhandled similarly, by men of the Nigerian Army.

Thankfully, unlike late Sixtus Terfa Akure, he lives to tell the story.

Abubu insists his attackers were soldiers from the 72 Special Forces, situated on the North Bank.

A worrisome trend that the revenue board says, will be fought legally to its logical conclusion.

Last week the coroner’s inquest into the gruesome murder of late Sixtus Terfa Akure, began with witnesses taking the stand, shortly after this witness was forced to pay dearly for testifying against the military.
