Speaker of Nigeria’s House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila has given the Minister of Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Godswill Akpabio forty-eight-hour ultimatum to publish the names of lawmakers who the minister alleges benefit from NDDC contracts.
The Speaker who spoke at Tuesday’s plenary, said the committee on Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, has the absolute right to re-invite the NDDC Acting Managing Director over the ongoing investigative hearing of alleged misappropriation of funds by the commission.

He commended the chairman of the committee probing the NDDC, Tunde Ojo, for recusing himself from the presiding over the investigation.
