For speedy dispensation of justice, the Judiciary in Bayelsa state needs more competent hands to attend to the numerous cases being filed daily.
Governor Douye Diri made this assertion shortly after swearing in two new Judges of the state high court at the Executive council chamber in the government house, Yenagoa.

With a grasp of the Holy Bible, the new judges, Justice Charlie Duke, and Justice Amadise Ekadi, one after the other took their oath of office and allegiance.

The governor is also optimistic that given the records, the two judges are qualified for the task before them.
The swearing in of these two new judges makes about seven Judges that Governor Douye has sworn in within the three years in office.
