The Youth and Sports Minister, Sunday Dare has appealed to investors to partner Govt to turn all the dilapidated Sports facilities around for sports development.
Dare was speaking while inspecting the once a famous Liberty stadium in Ibadan Oyo state.
Dare said that all the illegal structures will be pulled down to return the stadia to a better shape.
On sporting facilities for team Nigeria athletes, preparing for the Olympic games, Dare expressed concern at the non-functional hostels for our athletes.

He had earlier visited two Olympic-bound athletes Lawal Rufiyat Folashade and Liadi Taiwo at the Liberty stadium in Ibadan and admonished them to do their very best in ensuring that they put up a befitting performance at the games.
Both athletes expressed gratitude to the Sports Minister for the cash incentive which they described as morale booster to their preparation.
