The supreme court of Nigeria has dismissed the appeal filled by the PDP and it’s governorship candidate, Eyitayo Jegede, challenging the victory of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu.
In the judgement, the court held that the lower court is right to have dismissed the appeal for lack of merit
However, there is a dissenting judgement ongoing.
