The Supreme Court has reserves judgement till a date to be communicated to parties in the suit challenging legality of three federal anti-graft agencies including the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

Attorneys-General of Anambra, Adamawa and Ebonyi States had at the beginning of proceedings withdrawn from the suit.

The seven-man panel of the apex court led by Justice Uwani Abaaji struck out their suits accordingly, as the Attorney-General of the Federation did not object to their withdrawal.

Earlier in the day Taraba, Imo, Ebonyi, Osun and Adamawa States sought to join the initial 16 states in the matter.
