Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited has reaffirmed its commitment to nation-building and national development through its sponsorship of the Joseniho Kids Football League Abuja 2026.

Tantita’s position was made known at the opening ceremony of the grassroots tournament held on Sunday at Ace Turf, Gwarimpa, Abuja.

Representing the firm, the Community Relations Manager, Dcn Akposafagha Benedict Seimode, said Tantita remains deeply invested in initiatives that promote unity, peace, and youth development.

The five-month competition commenced with opening fixtures across the U-7, U-9, U-11, U-13 and U-15 age categories, drawing young players and families from across the Federal Capital Territory.

Addressing journalists at the event, Seimode commended the organisers for engaging children in constructive activities at an early stage of life.

“Tantita is keenly interested in nation-building and development. Football itself is a big aspect of nation-building and national development, which is why we keyed into the initiative by partnering with the prganizers.

“Football is a game that brings people together, unify people irrespective of where you are from, and therefore, we will continue to support the organizers of this event.

“Anything that has to do with social life, foster peace and unity, it is our interest. We have decided to see how we can bring families together to pursue this drive.

“The Joseniho Kids Football League focuses between ages 7 and 14, and when you catch young minds early enough, it is a plus to society, and Tantita will continue to support this initiative.”

Organisers of the league praised the company for extending its support beyond its core operational base in the Niger Delta.

Lead organiser, Dr. Victor Isereke, said: “I want to specially thank our lead sponsors, Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, renowned for protecting oil facilities in the country and has been a strong force community and human capital development.

“This is not their operational zone. They are far in the south, but they deemed it fit that whether a child in North, East, West, or South, all are deserving of their goodwill. We appreciate them for giving us this opportunity to reach out to Kids in Abuja”.

Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited is widely known for its role in pipeline surveillance and protection of oil facilities in Nigeria, while also supporting community and youth-focused initiatives across the country.
