Taraba State Governor Darius Ishaku says all is set for the next phase of the campaign against Covid-19 in the state.
Governor Ishaku was speaking when he was receiving an Executive Summary on the activities of the state’s Technical Committee On Covid-19.
Taraba State Governor Darius Ishaku says the state now has additional Covid-19 treatment and testing centres, as part of its preparation for the next phase of the campaign against the disease.
The Governor attributed the high survival rate of the disease in the state to adequate preparations put in place to fight the spread of the disease.

The Governor was speaking when he was receiving a report by the State’s Technical Committee On Covid-19, led by its Chairman, Innocent Vakkai.
The report has a record of 95 Covid-19 positive cases that have been treated and discharged in Taraba State, with no case of death, contrary to the record of four deaths announced by the National Centre for Disease Control, NCDC.
Taraba State Government also assures the citizens that it is working tirelessly towards returning the state to its Covid-19 free status.
It also seeks the cooperation of its people on the adherence to NCDC Covid-19 guidelines.
