Katsina State Commissioner for Science and Technology, Dr. Rabe Nasir has been killed by bandits.
The commissioner was assassinated in his residence along Daura Road, Government Residential Area within Katsina metropolis.
The assassination is coming 19 days after bandits attacked Barawa village which is less than 10 kilometers away from the metropolis.

Nasir was a former staff of the State Security Service, SSS, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Member of the 6th National Assembly as well as an anti corruption crusader.
