The President of the Southern Kaduna Peoples Union, SOKAPU, Jonathan Asake, says no fewer than 148 communities have been attacked by terrorists in the last six years, while over 200,000 persons have been displaced in Southern Kaduna.
Asake disclosed this while addressing a news conference, on the spate of terrorist attacks in the zone.

Asake also expressed dismay over the recent attack in Kauru Local Government Area, where 25 persons were reportedly killed.
The SOKAPU president says there is a humanitarian crisis going on in Southern Kaduna, with many living in critical conditions.
He explained that most of the killings have been misinterpreted as farmers-herders conflicts.
SOKAPU warns that terrorists may soon take over the Kaduna Metropolis, including the Kaduna State Government House if the government continues to demonstrate a lack of capacity, or willingness to stop them.
