The Court of Appeal will on Monday begin hearing the petitions by five political parties challenging the Independent National Electoral Commission’s, INEC, declaration of APC’s Bola Tinubu as the winner of the 2023 Presidential Election.

Some of the petitioners are asking for a nullification of the election, while others are seeking an outright declaration as the winner
Expectations are high as Nigerians want a speedy resolution of controversies surrounding the election to determine the legitimacy of the process and its outcome
