Three farmers killed, one Injured as suspected herdsmen launch attack On Plateau community

Plateau

At least three people were killed and one injured during a fresh attack by suspected herdsmen at Nkiendonwro village, Miango district, Irigwe Chiefdom in Bassa local government area of Plateau State.

ait.live gathered, that the incident occurred when some of the victims were on their way to their farms.

Efforts to get confirmation from the State Police Command proved unsuccessful, but Davidson Malison and Lawrence Zongo, both officials of the Irigwe Development Association confirmed the incident.

Malison, who described the attack as another horrific and traumatic development on the Irigwe people said, “ the victims were ambushed by Fulani militia on Friday at Nkiendonwro village of Miango District.”

He gave the names of those confirmed killed as Amos David 42 years, Reuben Sunday 32 years and Abednego Amos 8years while Emmanuel Amos 12 years old survived the attack with injuries
