Paving the way for more businesses and investment to thrive in the country has been described as one of the major objectives of President Bola Tinubu’s led administration.
The Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edun, said this during the unveiling of the New Kano Zonal Office of the Investment and Security Tribunal.
The Minister, represented by the Director of Finance of the Federal Ministry of Finance, Ali Mohd, said the Zonal Office would help in attending to cases related to investment.

At a hybrid sensitization seminar, the Chairman of the Investments and Securities Tribunal, who is also the Chief Judge of the Tribunal, Amos Isaac-Azi, said the Tribunal was established to fast track dispute resolution, as a result of transactions in the Nigerian capital market.
The workshop with the theme, “Legal Protection and Capital Market in Nigeria,” was organised by the Investments and Securities Tribunal, in collaboration with the Faculty of Law, Bayero University, Kano.
